MetaCore provides AI-powered trading infrastructure and related services including but not limited to trading platforms, data analytics, risk management tools, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, data mining, reverse engineering, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MetaCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Fees for services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
